As we aim to improve our server by releasing new features and gamemodes for everyone to enjoy, there will almost certainly be issues that we aren't able to pick up on during testing. If you run into an issue that you believe shouldn't be in the game, please report it here and include as much information as you can.

Similar to Ideas and Feedback, Bug Reports will be processed by our Quality Assurance team when they are sent in. The reason for this is because our Quality Assurance team has access to tools that allow them to test these bugs without having to interrupt public games whilst doing so. We ask that you do not try to replicate these bugs in any way whatsoever on our public network, as doing so may result in a punishment that will not be pardoned just because you were trying to get information on a bug. If you are to accidentally trigger this bug, you will not be punished, you will only be punished if you are found to be intentionally exploiting this bug for your own advantage.

If you are unsure about how to replicate the issue, simply just explain what you were doing prior to the bug taking place when you are submitting the report. Whilst this will mean the team have more of a job to find out exactly what caused the bug, our team is specialized in stuff like this and will be able to figure out what is causing it eventually. If you have any videos of the bug happening, please submit them alongside the bug report as our quality assurance team will attempt to replicate every step in that video in order to replicate this issue.

After reporting a bug, it will need to be tested in multiple ways and confirmed with our development team to ensure that it isn't an intentional feature. After it has been tested and confirmed to be a bug, it will be forwarded to our Lead Developer and from there he will assign a developer to fix the issue. Please do not bother our developers to fix a bug, as they may be working on other content or issues that are of a higher priority, all bugs are given a priority and put into a waiting list to be fixed whenever a developer is available to do so. However, you do not need to worry about a bug that has been there for a long time not being fixed, as the older bugs will take priority over the new ones, in order to ensure that the issue does not ruin your experience too much.

If you find someone intentionally exploiting an issue in our systems, please report them here and our Staff Team will be able to issue them the correct punishment for doing what they were doing.
